SPEAKER_04

14 Trader, hi!

SPEAKER_08

There you go. Hey, today we're talking about the first 10 seconds. That's the amount of time it takes for a neighbor, a guest, or a potential buyer to decide how they feel about your home before they even step through the front door. It's all about curb appeal, but there's a dark side to it that we see a lot in our neck of the woods, right? And we call that curve confusion. Yes. And I know a lot of houses around here we don't have curves, but it's the metaphor.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_08

I still make sure we clear what you see. Little America, we don't have curves. But hey, people want their home to stand out that without a game plan, they end up with a house that looks like a collection of random ideas instead of finished project, right? Today we're going to show you how to avoid the clutter and create a look that actually builds value. And we all want value in our home, I would think, right?

SPEAKER_03

Duh.

SPEAKER_08

Why is it just go out there and take a gallon of paint and just slam it against the wall? Oh, wait, speaking of paint, I can believe someone's significant other, their husband, wants to buy stock in Sherwood Williams or Benjamin Moore or any company that makes paint, because it seems like every other month he's having to buy paint to appease his wife.

SPEAKER_04

And you know, he has this wonderful podcast to thank for his his new investment strategies. But hey, guys, seriously, I think we've been giving a lot of good tips, and it is bringing a lot of value to my home and zero curb confusion, only curb appeal. I'm not confusing. I'm telling you, and he's been keeping that lawn pristine. Honestly, I can't even begin to tell. I'm not even gonna go into this story, but my neighbor, when we were 16, he was hired to take care of our other neighbor's lawn. And you guys, we looked out the window and he was out there doing that with scissors, he was weeding, and my mom goes, Caitlin, get out there and go help him. Poor thing. So here she hands me a pair of scissors.

SPEAKER_08

Seriously, scissors.

SPEAKER_04

She didn't trust me to operate a weed whacker, Chris.

SPEAKER_08

Uh hey, anyway.

SPEAKER_04

Back to yeah, back to strategy.

SPEAKER_08

We have a great 10x partner that is Elite Roofing Professionals. They are located here in central Illinois with us. And you know what? When it comes to roofs, exterior home, they are there to help you. They're a sales team. I know they just went through some some significant training.

SPEAKER_04

I have a story. I was stopped at the store. I've already told Blake. I was stopped at the store as I was walking in by a very excited and happy client of Elite Roofing because, Chris, they saw our video about the the last day. Yes. Well, Blake, she calls. Blake sends out Adam. Adam comes out there and she's like, I'm so excited. There was damage. I get a whole new roof. She's like, Thank you so much for that information. She's like, I couldn't believe that they could come out so fast. So she is so excited. They were so kind to her. And so that's a very good success story, right? In the flesh.

SPEAKER_08

You know what? That so that's success on many levels, right? One, our message of why we're doing this is getting out to the masses. Right. Right. Two, our 10x partner, elite roofing professionals, they are making it happen.

SPEAKER_04

They're delivering. And one thing she was very one thing that really impressed her was the fact that they're all insurance trained. So because she didn't have Adam so handsome. Oh, well, duh. I mean, the the whole the whole staff is good looking. I mean, look at Jenny and Brielle, too. Come on. But the fact that so this this girl, she's like, I just had so many questions. Like, insurance is confusing, especially when it's this soon to the the cutoff date.

SPEAKER_07

Right, right, a few days.

SPEAKER_04

But then she goes on to say, but then he tells me he's insurance training. He's like, Oh, we could take care of all of this. I already know how to do this. So again, elite is elite.

SPEAKER_08

That's right. And that's why we are 10x partners with them. Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

They're 10x partners with us.

SPEAKER_08

Right. And you know what? If you need to know anything about your roof, they are giving free consultations to look at your roof, to check for damage, or check just if it's old, right? Yeah. That's the episode. Peace of mind, and that's your roof, which protects you from the elements. Because let's let's face it, right? Your roof stops all the rain from coming into the rest of your home, which is your valuables and all of that, right?

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_08

So make sure you reach out to them at 217-851-3836, or you can find them on the interweb.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_08

Interweb at Eliteroofing Professionals.com. Again, their phone number 217-851-3836, or on the interweb at eliteroofingprofessionals.com. So we do appreciate everything they do for us over at Elite. So with that, let's jump into what is curb confusion? Right? Not curb appeal, but curb confusion. So to define it, curb confusion happens when you tackle projects one piece at a time without looking at the whole picture. What I recommend to people really, if if they're thinking about doing something next to your home, like like drastically, like, I want a face look for my home.

SPEAKER_04

Right.

SPEAKER_08

Step across the street, look at your home from afar, right? Do a drive-by, not with the guns. Do a drive-by. Take a look as you drive by your home. What's it look like? Right? What's the first thing that stands out to you? That's what you that's looking at the whole picture. So it's it's like when you buy a modern front door because it's on sale at the box store, but your house is a traditional ranch.

SPEAKER_04

Okay. I'm glad that you were talking about that.

SPEAKER_08

Or you put in a high-end stone accent on one end of the corner, and the rest of the side is faded vinyl.

SPEAKER_04

Right. You gotta lean into this, I guess, what kind of style your house is. I'm glad you brought that up because that I I wouldn't be able to put that into words, but so many people will do that. Or like a modern, they mix the modern.

SPEAKER_08

They mix design elements, which is okay inside if it flows, right?

SPEAKER_04

And that's what I have learned with this paint. That's why my Chris is is on the paint. Okay, because the flow was not flowing, it wasn't spawned. I don't want people to just buy on a whim. Like you said.

SPEAKER_08

That's on sale, that's half price. We need to throw that in our front door.

SPEAKER_04

Ew, no.

SPEAKER_08

Right? And now we just change the whole look of the house the wrong way.

SPEAKER_04

We're confused.

SPEAKER_08

And again, that front door is the lipstick.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, and it's not a good color.

SPEAKER_08

And that's the trap. Who spend money thinking that they're adding value? Oh, we've got a new front door now, Mildred. Well, we look Mildred, right? But they're actually creating a visual headache that can drive the price down because a buyer sees work that needs to be undone. And that's where you start creating confusion. And we want to make sure, again, we're not putting anybody down. I mean, again, I I said the last episode, I respect DIYers. Love it, right? Love it. But the big dog game plan, we talk about it, right? And this is that whole series we're in right now. It's looking at the whole picture of the outside of your house and coming up with a game plan. It's okay if you can't afford to do the whole wrath of your home, right? The whole front facade. I get it. It costs money to do that. But if you can, that's the way to go. But if you can't at least know the plan, put a plan in place, work with us as professionals. We'll help you put a plan in place. Let's know your budget and say, okay, what's your biggest need first? Then we'll look at what your biggest one is on the front of the outside of your house, the curb appeal. And if the need is the front door, because it's falling off hinges, then by all means, let's put a front door in after we developed a full plan of what the whole final project will look like. And folks, it may take a year transition or whatever your budget allows.

SPEAKER_04

Right. As long as you have the plan set in place. Like this is this is what people do, is they'll be like, oh, well, I'll do this first. And then they do it, but then they didn't have the plan for the next steps. So my mom is so good at this stuff, you guys. And I when I had the damage, got the new roof. Of course I wanted all new siding. But you know, the roof was a need, right? The siding was a want. I was able to get some of my want by just doing above my I got shakes, like new shakes up above my porch. So see, but that matched my house. I got a need, a want, and then guess what I did? I painted my front door a different color that still matched. See, guys, all those things.

SPEAKER_08

But but is it working towards your full picture of the outside? Did you get your new siding?

SPEAKER_04

No. I mean, but here's the thing. Wait, I lied. I did get new siding in some of the parts, and now I'm remembering this. I'm remembering this. Look, did you see my brain?

SPEAKER_08

I did get new siding in this room now coming out of Caitlin's ear. I got new sighting all skin marks, hit full reverse, rubber burning, smoke. It did because now I'm like, oh I do have new siding.

SPEAKER_04

Now I'm remembering this that you're gonna like this story, and so are the listeners, because now I'm getting hot in here. I have my hot flashes. So I want a new signing because I wanted a whole new color. Yes. But then uh they were like, Well, realistically, you only need to replace this here on the back and maybe a couple pieces. So then you don't get the new color. But still, guys, it still upped the value by fixing where the damage was, you know, without but maybe in the years down the road. Sorry. A plan. A plan, big dog game plan.

SPEAKER_08

I know. And so the anchors of the exterior, right? If you want to avoid confusion, we have to talk about the anchors, the anchors of your home. This is these are the big items that set the tone. So here in Mid-Illinois, your anchors are your windows, your siding, and your front entry, your three anchors, right?

SPEAKER_04

Front entry, I agree. I agree.

SPEAKER_08

Those three aren't talking to each other.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, what's up with table so it's just table, Tamil?

SPEAKER_08

If you're talking to each other, you got problems. Huge. Well, anyway, if those three things, we'll get back on topic here, but the three the three anchors of your home, the windows of the front door and the entry door and your your siding, right? Um, I always tell people you can have the most beautiful landscaping in the country, right? Or county, wherever you want to be. But if your windows are mismatched or your siding is chalking, people aren't looking at the flowers, right? Right. Landscaping is the icing on the K.

SPEAKER_04

I think there's no way that windows and siding should be like one thing. Like you can't have one without the other in good shape, right? But you know what I'm saying? You can't have crappy windows. I I mean I noticed windows probably at the very first thing. More than siding, Chris.

SPEAKER_08

Well, yeah, especially because you're we're hammered here on, you know, we are your long window depot, you guys say.

SPEAKER_04

I know, but I'm not just saying that because of that. I'm really thinking in my brain when I'm looking at houses, you need your windows to let the light in in your heart.

SPEAKER_08

Think of your siding as the suit, and your windows are the tie. If the suit doesn't fit, the tie can't save it.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_08

The analogies are still try to dress up the old drafty windows with shutters.

SPEAKER_04

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_08

But the shutters just highlight how dated the windows are.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

So I try to throw in some analogies here so people can relate, like, oh shit, my house is a poorly fitted suit, my bottle siding. Yo, my windows are bite.

SPEAKER_04

Well, you actually did this for my sister, not her house she lives in now, but her first house. And I mean my increased value, and they sold it. And and you didn't remember how bad those windows need. Oh.

SPEAKER_08

It's meant to get those in and out. But yeah, so just remember that, folks. So your anchors, Caitlin, what are the three anchors?

SPEAKER_04

Your windows, your siding, and your front entryway.

SPEAKER_08

Look at her. Look at her. So it's kind of interesting because those are your three anchors, and then we're gonna go in the rule of three, the colors, right?

SPEAKER_04

Okay, I'm excited for this.

SPEAKER_08

One of the biggest ways, yeah, you're into the colors, I know, right? One of the biggest ways people get confused with color is how do we keep it simple?

SPEAKER_04

Right, right, right, right.

SPEAKER_08

I mean, yeah, you could throw up some bright red siding. We we've had clients want, I want the brightest red siding you can get us. No problem. We got you.

SPEAKER_03

But God love you.

SPEAKER_08

Clara, be proud of this. Rules of three, one primary color for the siding, one secondary color for the trim, and the windows, and one pop of color.

SPEAKER_04

I think I've followed the rules.

SPEAKER_08

Because you said you painted the front door, right?

SPEAKER_04

Guys, that is you know what? We need to make like a little graphic or something to post. Here's the rule of three primary colors or something. Um the prime I totally messed that. And it's okay. Sighting, the primary color. That is so easy for people to remember. But is white a primary color?

SPEAKER_08

Yeah.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_08

Because again, it's your it's your it's your biggest color.

SPEAKER_04

Right, right. Yes, that's what we mean. Okay.

SPEAKER_08

And so some people, you know, that's where you do a deep navy or the bold red or the modern black, but keep the rest of the envelope consistent. So when you start adding a fourth or fifth color to the mix, that's when confusion sets in.

SPEAKER_04

So three colors.

SPEAKER_08

You know, smaller.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

So stay with three colors.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_08

That's where we'll take folks home. So we'll either do a light canvas as in a light library.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

And a darker accent.

SPEAKER_03

Yes, for the door. Oh, oh, for the trim.

SPEAKER_08

And then your third pop is your front door. Right? Because you want most front entry doors are centered on the home because that's you know, the focus, so you want it to pop on that, right?

SPEAKER_04

I do. I think that makes a difference. Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

And so, but so you can do the light background with the darker trims to make the trims and windows pop, or you can do a dark background like dark grays are popular right now, and dark uh base blues are popular. I was gonna say that navy white corner trims, white windows to make all that pop, right?

SPEAKER_04

I think that looks nice.

SPEAKER_08

Bright red door. Yeah, yellow, hot fuchsia pink.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. People are loving orange right now, man.

SPEAKER_08

Also, hey, you know what? Um let's talk about a few low-cost wins, high value investments, right? And what that looks like. So talked about budget. We like to talk about budget because we want people to be aware and don't be surprised at the register, right? Or the when the job's done, right? So not everyone can do a full siding and window overhaul this weekend. Right. What are the wins? The win is lighting and hardware, right? We talked about this. You can put a new hardware in your front door, whatever, change it from uh dingy, used to be an oil, oil rub bronze, and now it looks like shiny brass because oil rub bronze is wearing them.

SPEAKER_04

I just simply replaced my chandelier on my front porch entryway.

SPEAKER_08

But you know, swapping up that that hardware, uh, those 20-year-old brass lights with something more modern and oversized makes a huge difference, right? Because used to be you just want a little light scalp fixture there just to illuminate, right? Now it's like, no, let's make it a focal point.

SPEAKER_04

Yes.

SPEAKER_08

But make sure they tie into the three color schemes of what's shaken, right? Shaken and baking.

SPEAKER_04

Make sure it's not cluttery and confusing.

SPEAKER_08

But the investment, the one thing that actually moves the appraisal is the hardware of the house. If you want 100% return on your money, look at the front door and the windows. According to national cost versus value reports, again, we're taking what the national reports here, so not just out of the big dog playbook here, right? Exterior replacements consistently outrank kitchen and bathroom models for the return on investment.

SPEAKER_04

I believe that. I believe that. One, it's gonna keep you the safest, and I mean, because it's protecting your home on the inside, right? Or on the outside and the inside, but also because that's what people see the first thing.

SPEAKER_08

First 10 seconds?

SPEAKER_04

Yes, there it is. Okay, the first two seconds.

SPEAKER_08

We're we're we're tying it together, right? So the curb appeal versus curb confusion, the first 10 seconds. So you again, national, national report, cost versus value, exterior replacements, consistently outrank your kitchen and baths because it's the first thing that a potential buyer is going to see that first 10 seconds is sweet, you know. Or they're doing a drive by, they don't even know that they're interested in the house.

SPEAKER_04

And then all of a sudden they get whiplash. I and I've done that before. That house is so cute, I say. Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

But no, just keep that in mind. That's uh the low cost wins, the hardware things, but if you want the big investment with the You want the big dog, the big bang? Big bang, dog game plan bang.

SPEAKER_04

Exterior, yes.

SPEAKER_08

Let's roll with that.

SPEAKER_04

So, with that being said, what question? What's the main question every homeowner should ask themselves before they begin this exterior project?

SPEAKER_08

Well, ask yourself this, Caitlin. Does this addition to the exterior complement what's already there? Or am I just trying to hide something?

SPEAKER_04

Ouchies. What are you hiding, people? Mold? No, I'm joking.

SPEAKER_08

It is scary and it is kind of it it does kind of hurt a little bit, right? But it's if you're buying fancy stone veneer just to distract people from your old windows, you're losing money. Fix the shield of the home first.

SPEAKER_04

Duh. My new nails too.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, get the windows inside it right.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, 100%.

SPEAKER_08

It'll become easy. Then put the fancy decoration on the cake, which is your landscaping the flowers, right?

SPEAKER_03

Yes, the flowers.

SPEAKER_08

The true curb appeal.

SPEAKER_03

Correct.

SPEAKER_08

And that's the big thing on that. And you know what? Um, I think we ought to roll into a little bit of some as the microphone keeps creeping off my eyes. Man, this thing like loves me.

SPEAKER_04

It's alive.

SPEAKER_08

But no, hey, I do want to talk about a little bit, you know, because I am very 10x. I'm in my 10x.

SPEAKER_04

10x life.

SPEAKER_08

10x stuff today, right? You know, I 10x everything I touch and and do. And and with that, you know, Grant Cardone, you guys have heard us talk about Grant Cardone in the past, Uncle G, wherever you want to call him, Flying Ramlo's G6.

SPEAKER_04

Oh my G.

SPEAKER_08

That's right, rolling up on my yeah, all that stuff. He he's got 13 simple rules of success. So I just want to drop these no out there today, right? Absolutely. But 13 rules of success. The number one is show up. Literally. Number one, show up. And in the worlds of GC throwing out the sling is show up to blow up, right?

SPEAKER_04

Right. I mean, the wife says this all the time too.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, exactly. Elena, yeah. Yeah. So number two is the 100% philosophy just commit to doing it. Right? No matter how small or big, just commit. 100%. Dive in, do it, do it, do it. Number three is kind of personally to me and to my heart is give, give, give. Give until it hurts. Just keep giving, right? That's why we're here is to give to others, to help others, right?

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_08

So just give, give, give, right. Number four, focus on your dreams.

SPEAKER_06

That doesn't mean in bed going, oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

The other word for dreams is targets. Focus on your targets. Your goals. Your goals. Yeah. Goals, targets, dreams.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

All tied into one, right? Number five, which Caitlin's gonna do today. Number five. Trying to look at my my I was, I was trying to exercise. Take care of your energy unit. It's on there. It is. So, and number six is food is fuel, right? But but food is fuel, but make sure it's just not the physical cheeseburgers you're scarfing down. It's also whatever you put in your brain, right? Knowledge is fuel for the brain.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, okay.

SPEAKER_08

Change your attitude, thoughts, attitude. Words.

SPEAKER_04

Mindset.

SPEAKER_08

His mindset, you know. No negativity. Be positive.

SPEAKER_04

Success is your duty.

SPEAKER_08

That's right. And number eight, the more you learn, the more you earn.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, that's I I love that.

SPEAKER_08

That's key, right?

SPEAKER_04

That's so key.

SPEAKER_08

You earn back up to number six, which food is your fuel. Right? Knowledge is fuel for your brain, which is the more you learn, the more you earn. Nine, this is this is so key. And I I wish more people would do number nine and forget about one through eight. Take responsibility for all results, good or bad. Everyone's all about, oh yeah, I did that. Yeah, look at that nice thing I did over there. Yeah. But if something fucked up, I don't know. I didn't do I didn't do that.

SPEAKER_04

See, I'm the opposite. I don't know when I have learned this in life, but I will truly take the fault immediately because it's it's easier.

unknown

I'm late. I'm running late. I'm late.

SPEAKER_04

See, at least I tell you.

SPEAKER_08

You're taking responsibility. I'm late.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, hey. I'm here.

SPEAKER_08

Right?

SPEAKER_04

He's very smart. You know, my mom started doing that with family outings. She started doing it.

SPEAKER_08

Family thing. Anyway, moving on from number nine about taking responsibility for all your results is 10. Always move forward.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, don't look in the rearview mirror.

SPEAKER_08

You've heard that analogy, right? Yeah. It's a tiny little rearview mirror.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, for a reason.

SPEAKER_08

And a big front windshield.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Look out what's in front of you more than what's worried about what's behind you. Move forward.

SPEAKER_04

That's important to me.

SPEAKER_08

Slow down a little bit to go, ah yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, but that's important to me, that one.

SPEAKER_08

Prosperity attitude. Prosperity attitude. This means that there's an abundance out there of everything. You just gotta go find it. And you gotta you gotta number two, 100% philosophy, commit to go find it, right? Prosperity. Right. Number 12, consistency. Consistency can be meaning show up on time, waking up on time, but it's not time attitude towards you, this this uh consistency. Consistent systems in your business, right? Having consistent systems in place that someone can repeat those consistently. Consistently.

SPEAKER_04

I mean a consistent routine of of all of those things up above, really. I mean, the exercising, the showing, all that stuff.

SPEAKER_08

Give, give, give, give the habit. You know, you know, I was a uh Boy Scout leader for 17 years. And one of the Boy Scout models was do a good turn daily. Yeah. The give, give, give, right? Yeah. We actually had a coin, it was do a good turn daily coin. We would tell the tell the the scouts, say, look, put this in one pocket and you feel that in there.

SPEAKER_04

Oh yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

You've done a good turn. At the end of the day, if you get home and it's still in the first pocket, do your good turn today. So again, that's that give, give, give.

SPEAKER_04

That's a good little thing to carry with you through life. Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

And so that's that consistency. And what happens with consistency, when you get consistent at what you're doing, then you can create velocity.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. Momentum.

SPEAKER_08

Which keeps moving forward, which is number 10, right?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

And when you have consistency with velocity, that equals revenue. So for those business owners, you want to know more about that, hook us up in our DMs when we talk to you about that. Yeah. And number 13, you know what? I had a uh session with a client yesterday, and number 13 really resonated with this person, and he didn't think it would. Number 13 is go for failure. Burn the ships. Just go turn them back. Turn them back to the boats to sail off this island.

SPEAKER_04

We're right, right. You're you're all I see what you mean. I it's either all this or nothing. Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_08

Let's just do something. This is what I like about having the the pooter here in front of us, right? I want to pull up the pooter. Yes, I say pooter. Not cooter, but pooter. So it's all good. And I'm gonna go ask my little friend.

SPEAKER_04

My little friend.

SPEAKER_08

My little friend, and I just want to see what what they what they have, I'll I'll say here. So I asked my little AI friend. My AI buddy, she's she's pretty nice. So anyway, go for failure. Don't aim to fail, aim to act so aggressively that failure becomes part of the process. Okay, which means you learn from failing.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, you do.

SPEAKER_08

Okay. So most people play defense, waiting until it's perfect, right? Avoiding rejection, avoiding looking foolish, staying in the comfort zone. Get out of your comfort zone.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. And I I was wondering if that's where this was gonna go because he's had there's been so many reels and stuff that I've seen of him talking about like, even if it's not perfect, just post it or or just say go anyway. Like the showing up is his main thing. So even if you're failing, you still did it. It's yeah, perfection. Yeah. That's hard for me, but I I have been remembering that, especially with my videos and everything, when I'm in a real big momentum, I gotta realize they're not gonna be every time. That's I'm a human being.

SPEAKER_08

So literally, this is this was a key takeaway that that uh one of our clients told me yesterday, right? One of his key takeaways was um shoot it and post it. I told him that. Because he's like, What what should I do right now to be known? I said, take your phone, shoot a quick 15 to 30 second video, post it. Shoot it and post it.

SPEAKER_04

Shoot. Well, that really is. That's how a lot of those content creators don't even look at.

SPEAKER_08

You just post it. See your shape.

SPEAKER_04

I I'd never be able to do it. I know. I have gotten better.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, Grant Cardone, 13 Rules of Success. Do you think he got successful? We're sitting there for 10, 15, 20 minutes re-watching the same video, reshooting the same video because uh he thought uh stumbled on a word. Hell no. He's a multi-billionaire because he shot it, posted, gotten out there. People then knew and know who Grant Cardone is. Right. Perfect it as he goes. Look, same with me. I used to be like, oh, I forget a word miss halfway through, like, oh cut shit, scrap that, start again. Wow. Because what happens is the more you do it, the more perfection you become as you do it on the first shot.

SPEAKER_04

I would say that is definitely true. I mean, obviously with our jobs and stuff, it comes a little bit easier to us. But I think with me, it's like how I look, not really how I sound, because I feel like I sound good all the time.

SPEAKER_08

But like it might not look the same way too.

SPEAKER_04

But the the crooked nose gets me. Yeah. But it but you know, it's okay. It's it's I'm Italian. I it was this is me.

SPEAKER_08

Well, the whole thing with that go for failure, and I'm focusing on that a little bit more, is high per high performers are playing offense, right? Faking the call, right, right, right. Try new strategies, learn fast as it flops, it flops, adjust uh, you know, and go again. Shoot for failure, right? Which means you're trying new things until something sticks and then go for failure again. And that's that is so key. A lot of people get scared to get it.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, they don't want to take risks.

SPEAKER_08

Why? Because it's comfortable because I got this lane over here, like I just, oh, I can pull over there.

SPEAKER_04

By me taking this big risk or whatever, like at the beginning of this year, it's made me the happiest I've ever been in my life. I'm gonna be honest with me. Seriously. Yes, take the risk.

SPEAKER_08

Willing to fail along the way, right? So I I hope we didn't say way too much away from what we were talking about in that.

SPEAKER_03

And we're motivational.

SPEAKER_08

You know, on that, and and literally if 13 reals success by Grant Cardone, if you want those, you can find those. Uh or ask us and I'll send them to you. I have no problem sending those to you, folks, right? It's not part of the big dog game plan, but it sure as hell can be.

SPEAKER_04
